These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at start.printsmart.pro and printsmart.pro (the "Site"), operated by Smartronics LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is and isn’t

The Site is an independent informational publication. We publish articles about consumer and small-office printers — troubleshooting guides, setup tutorials, and educational content. We do not sell products, provide repair or technical services, or offer support of any kind.

You and we each waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and our DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
