PrintSmart.pro is a small editorial site that publishes free, practical guides about printers — troubleshooting, setup, and how to think about buying one. We do not sell anything and we do not provide services.
What we do
We publish written guides in three areas: troubleshooting common printer problems, setting up printers and their software, and explaining the trade-offs involved in choosing a printer. Our goal is to be the kind of resource we wished existed when we first ran into a paper jam, a "printer offline" error, or a confusing decision between two devices on a retailer's shelf.
What we don't do
To be clear about the boundaries of this site:
- We do not sell printers, ink, toner, paper, or any accessory.
- We do not provide repair, support, or technical services of any kind. We cannot fix your printer, log into your computer, or diagnose your specific situation.
- We do not offer phone support, live chat, remote assistance, or paid consultations.
- We do not have affiliate relationships with manufacturers or retailers at this time. If that changes in the future, we will disclose it on this page and on individual articles where it applies.
- We do not recommend specific printer models or publish "best of" lists. Our buying guides explain how to evaluate a printer; the decision is yours.
How we work
Our content is produced by a small editorial team. Where we have hands-on access to a printer, we test the steps we write about. Where we don't, we rely on manufacturer documentation and clearly say so. We cite our sources at the bottom of articles when the material warrants it.
