Editorial note (remove before publishing): This text is a plain-language template appropriate for an informational publication with no advertising, no affiliate links, and no products for sale. It must be reviewed by a Wyoming-licensed attorney before launch. Set the "Last updated" date to the date the attorney-reviewed version is published.
In short: PrintSmart.pro collects very little information about you. We use standard web-server logs and a privacy-respecting analytics service to understand how the site is used. If you fill out the contact form, we use the information you provide to respond to your message. We don’t sell your data, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t use it to build profiles of you. You have rights under US state privacy laws and Canadian privacy law; this policy explains how to exercise them.

1. Who we are

PrintSmart.pro (the "Site") is operated by Smartronics LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with a mailing address of 1021 E Lincolnway, Unit 1313, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this Privacy Policy refer to Smartronics LLC.

For privacy-related inquiries, email Start@printsmart.pro with "Privacy" in the subject line, or write to the address above.

2. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the website at start.printsmart.pro and printsmart.pro (collectively, the "Site"). It does not apply to third-party websites we link to. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.

3. Information we collect

We try to collect as little personal information as possible. The information we do collect falls into three categories:

3.1 Information you provide directly

When you contact us through the contact form or by emailing us, we collect:

  • Your name (as you provide it)
  • Your email address
  • The subject category you select
  • The content of your message

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We don’t add you to any mailing list, and we don’t use your contact information for any other purpose.

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our web server and analytics service automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • Your IP address (truncated for analytics purposes)
  • The type of browser and operating system you’re using
  • The pages you visit on the Site and the time you spend on each
  • The website or search engine that referred you to the Site, if any
  • The approximate geographic region your IP address is associated with (country and region level only)

This information is used to understand how the Site is being used, to identify and fix technical problems, and to improve our content. It is not used to identify you personally.

3.3 Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses a minimal number of cookies. Specifically:

  • Strictly necessary cookies may be used to remember your preferences (such as accessibility settings) for the duration of your visit.
  • Analytics cookies are used by our analytics service to count visitors and understand site usage patterns. These cookies do not contain personally identifying information.

We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking. The Site does not currently display advertising.

Most browsers let you control or disable cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from reading the Site’s content, but it may disable certain conveniences.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site
  • To respond to inquiries you send us
  • To detect and prevent technical issues, security incidents, abuse, or misuse of the Site
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising targeting, profile building, or sale to third parties.

5. How we share information

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate the Site — including a web host, an email service, and an analytics provider. These providers process information on our behalf and are contractually required to handle it only for the purposes we specify.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, by valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Smartronics LLC, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Smartronics LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you (by email or by a notice on the Site) before any such transfer.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

6. Third-party services we use

The Site relies on the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy, which governs how it handles information:

  • Web hosting: [PROVIDER NAME — e.g., Cloudflare, AWS, Vercel; to be filled in based on actual hosting]
  • Email delivery: [PROVIDER NAME — e.g., Google Workspace; to be filled in]
  • Analytics: [PROVIDER NAME — e.g., Plausible, Fathom, or similar privacy-respecting analytics; to be filled in]
  • Form processing: [PROVIDER NAME if using a third-party form handler; to be filled in]

If we add or change service providers, we will update this list.

7. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

  • Contact form submissions and emails: retained for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless the conversation is ongoing or longer retention is needed for legal reasons.
  • Server logs: typically retained for 30 to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Analytics data: aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely; individual session data is retained according to the analytics provider’s policy.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including HTTPS encryption for all traffic to the Site, restricted access to data on a need-to-know basis, and security practices appropriate to the small scale of our operation.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at Start@printsmart.pro and we will delete that information.

10. Your rights under US state privacy laws

Several US states have enacted comprehensive privacy laws that give residents specific rights regarding their personal information. These include, but are not limited to, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you, how we use it, and with whom we share it
  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising)
  • Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email Start@printsmart.pro with "Privacy Rights Request" in the subject line. We will need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, which may require additional information from you. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by your state’s law (typically 45 days, with the possibility of a 45-day extension).

11. Your rights under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA)

If you are a resident of Canada, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") and any applicable provincial privacy legislation give you rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
  • Access that information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Withdraw consent for our processing of your personal information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions
  • File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

To exercise these rights, email Start@printsmart.pro with "Privacy Rights Request" in the subject line.

12. International users

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States or Canada, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

13. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry standard for how DNT signals should be honored. Because we do not track users across other websites for advertising purposes, our practices do not change based on DNT signals.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice on the Site. You should review this page periodically.
