In short: We aim to make PrintSmart.pro usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We’ve designed the Site against WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. If you encounter accessibility issues, please tell us and we’ll fix them.

1. Our commitment

PrintSmart.pro is committed to making its content accessible to people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to read troubleshooting guides, follow setup tutorials, and use educational content regardless of their ability or the assistive technology they use.

2. Conformance standard

We aim for our content to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG 2.1 is an internationally recognized standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) for making web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

3. Measures we take

To support accessibility, we have:

  • Designed the Site with sufficient color contrast between text and background
  • Used semantic HTML so that screen readers can navigate page structure
  • Provided alternative text for informative images (where used)
  • Ensured that the Site is navigable using a keyboard alone
  • Included a "skip to content" link at the top of every page
  • Used clear, plain-language writing in our articles
  • Marked link text descriptively (avoiding "click here" and similar non-descriptive text)
  • Designed forms with associated labels
  • Provided focus indicators for keyboard navigation

4. Known limitations

We are not yet fully conformant with every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. Areas we are continuing to improve include:

  • Some older articles may have images without complete alternative-text descriptions; we are updating these as we identify them.
  • Embedded third-party content (when present) may not always meet the same accessibility standards as our own content.

If you encounter a specific accessibility issue, please report it using the contact information below.

5. Reporting accessibility issues

If you experience an accessibility barrier on the Site, or have a suggestion for how we can improve, please contact us:

Email: Start@printsmart.pro (with "Accessibility" in the subject line)
Mail: Smartronics LLC, Attn: Accessibility, 1021 E Lincolnway, Unit 1313, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States

When you report an issue, please tell us:

  • The page (URL) where you encountered the issue
  • A description of the issue
  • The browser, operating system, and assistive technology (if any) you were using

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to address verified issues within a reasonable time frame based on their complexity.
